Culture & Inhabitants:
Truthful this neighborhood is rather small in size compared to other places in The Land of Re, but this small city is not without their interests and locals. When visiting Hollowleaf, it is quick to notice the curious beings called, The Living Pumpkins. They are a thriving community of pumpkins who mainly live within the mysterious dense Woods of Hollowleaf. Rumors say their mad creator has brought them to life to infest the area and even turned themselves into a pumpkin to live among their creations - but those are only rumors. Beside The Living Pumpkins, many may notice the similarities of this community and a darker counterpart. Originally, Moonshadow Valley and Hollowleaf used to be one big city that eventually split due to contrasting interests in the grotesque, obscure, and macabre. Despite their contrasts, the locals of both communities come together in decorative outfits and delicious foods, to celebrate their similarities and differences and they were once unified, in a yearly festival called, "Hollowin". |
